Randolph runs a successful hair salon, Rapunzel's Lockes. He's well known throughout California for his expertise. Everyone knows him by his trademark, a black wig made of dodo bird feathers.

So when Randolph shuts down his salon, after the wig is stolen, it comes down to you to find the wig and return it to Randolph so he can reopen Rapunzel's Lockes.
